The returned goods/products will be checked together with the receipt and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in its original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, it willnot be eligible for refund. Healthy Nest Marketing Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost in transit during the return. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.
